Part Number : SV 102+SV102+ Dual Channel Dosimeter is the replacement for our revolutionary SV102. It was created to accurately assess noise exposure in accordance with ISO 9612 and MIRE (microphone in real ear) readings in accordance with ISO 11904-1. The SV102 + is the only device with the 1/3 octave analysis feature required by MIRE methodology. MIRE measurement entails taking a one-third octave band analysis of the sound in the ear. This is all made feasible by combining the SV102 + with a specialized microphone probe, such as the SV25S, positioned at the opening of the ear canal. Monitoring noise exposure in phone call centers, where the sound emanates from headphones and is not suitable for conventional dosimetry methods, is a common application of MIRE measurement.
